The Quitman County School District exists to nurture and develop greatness within every student by providing a caring community of excellence committed to successfully preparing students for college and the world of work.

We aim to achieve this by increasing and sustaining academic achievement, maintaining a sound financial status, enhancing parental involvement and community engagement, and increasing teacher retention and recruitment to provide the "Highest Qualified Educator," focusing on academic excellence.

I want to also express my profound appreciation to all parents, community stakeholders, the Quitman County Board of Education, faculty, and staff for their unyielding support for our students.
