Back to School

School will resume on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 with our hybrid scholars returning to the classroom. Here are a few important guidelines to remember. Please read this post in its entirety!

? In-class learning is ONLY for those who chose Hybrid Learning on the school choice form. Please DO NOT bring your scholar to school or allow them to ride the bus if you did not choose Hybrid Learning. We will call a parent to have the scholar picked up.

? Your selection cannot be changed prior to December 18, 2020.

? Uniforms are required!

? All scholars must wear masks at all times! If they are bus riders, masks must be worn on the bus as well.

? NO BACKPACKS are allowed!

? If your scholar borrowed an iPad from the school, they must bring it with them everyday.

? For the safety of our scholars, water fountains are not operable at this time. Scholars should bring a water bottle everyday, and we will provide safe, cool and refreshing drinking water.

? Scholars will only be in the building on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Mondays and Fridays are reserved for intervention and office hours.

? Hand sanitizing stations are located on every hall of the school; however, scholars are welcome to bring their own hand sanitizer.

? Temperature checks will be performed prior to boarding the bus, prior to entering the school, and at another point throughout the day.

? For the safety of our staff and other scholars, please DO NOT send your scholars to school if they have a fever or if they are visibly ill!

? Please make sure that we have a current phone number on file for your scholar. If your number has changed since registration in August, please contact us immediately to update your number.

? We will practice social distancing at all times throughout the day. This includes inside the classroom, restrooms, lunch, and during recess. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any questions or concerns. We look forward to seeing our scholars on Wednesday! #LetsMakeItHappen #CobraNationForever
