 TDAP VACCINATION: 7th Grade Immunization All students entering the 7th grade must show proof of the Tdap vaccination by presenting an updated Mississippi Health Compliance Form 121. The Tdap vaccination protects against tetanus, diphtheria, and whooping cough (pertussis), a highly contagious disease that can be severe or fatal, especially in young children.
